This morning I went to Manly Beach with Audrey and her friend Clarisse. Something unbelievable happened while we were waiting for the ferry at Circular Quay : I saw my professor 楊淑娟 in TKU running in front of me ! She was in Australia and she was going to Manly too !! She was also very surprised that we bumped into each other in Australia, but we didn't have time to talk as she needed to catch the upcoming ferry. Then, I saw her waving hands to me before she got on the ferry.
Manly Beach was much more beautiful than I expected. The waves were especially perfect, there were many surfers chasing those waves on the sea ! It has been a while that I haven't seen such scene in such sunny day. However, instead of swimming and sun bathing on the beach, we took a long walk in the national park. It was hot and dry, but we saw many breathtaking views and sailing boats. I think I would always be excited for the sailing boat after Whitsunday trip. I even seriously think of having own one and live on it forever, which should be so romantic.
During the walk, Audrey and Clarisse usually talked in French, I so wanna join them but I was chicken out. When Audrey said that she could always spot wildlife in every attraction, we found an echidna (at first I thought it was hedgehog) in a bush on the roadside. I was quite excited, because this was one of a few times I've seen wildlife in Australia.
